Follow the instructions exactly as written — key names like [Ctrl] and [Enter] refer to keyboard keys. Cheats may disable achievements; save first.
Cheat Codes: Press [Enter] during game play on the city level, enter one of the following codes, then press [Enter] to activate the corresponding cheat function. Note: Codes that affect a building (inventory or satisfaction) require that structure to be selected first. Such codes will only work on one building at a time. If cheat codes are enabled during a scenario you will be marked a cheater on the victory/loss screen and saved game file. Some codes may cause the game to crash:
