Expert levels:
Earn an “Expert Score” on all levels of the specified restaurant to unlock the corresponding expert level. Select the “Expert Levels” tab at the restaurant selection screen in Story mode to access the new levels.

Harvest Hardcore – Hometown Harvest restaurant
Homecooked Hunting – Crypt Cafe restaurant
Snowed Under! – Winter Wonderland restaurant
Water Park Madness! – Coral Cave Cafe restaurant
First restaurant:
Put flowers on every table each time you seat people. Chain as many things as possible.
