Atomic Enforcer begins under the shadow of a mystery. The hero (and player), Adam Blaster, regains consciousness within the confines of a galactic prison colony unsure of the events that have landed him in this predicament. As an enforcer trapped in prison, the player is immediately thrown into conflict, caught between the cold threat of robotic guards and the loathing of fellow inmates who find themselves in prison because of enforcers like the player. The player must stage a jailbreak, defeat the warden, recover his ship and return to Atomic Enforcer Headquarters, only to find out that he has been declared renegade, having allegedly accepted a bribe for the release of several intergalactic fugitives. The playerÂ’s only hope of proving Adam BlasterÂ’s innocence is to track down the escaped prisoners in an action-filled adventure that covers the remote corners of the Quad Galactic Alliance.
