Each tribe will have it’s own unique blend of Strength, Intelligence and Fertility giving them individualized abilities. The game starts with the player in control of one of three special, yet primitive tribes. Each tribe has its own advantages. You could have a tribe of brute strength that does not have the advantages of high fertility, a tribe with very high fertility and no strength, or an intelligent tribe that has diminished strength.
The player must use it’s advantages wisely in order to be victorious. The challenge is to build up your tribe by every means possible to grow and defend the village.
The tribe with the superior weapons may be overwhelmed by the opposing tribe’s physical power, or be starved out by another tribe’s huge population and destruction of natural resources. Skills are developed by concentrating your efforts on the environment. Tribe members can use anything available, they can study a objects or ponder how to use them better. Some technologies may be discovered faster if basic tools are invented first. Rocks develop into stone tools, clubs develop into useful tool handles. The player can research from a dynamic build-tree and immediately start developing any invention where only the energy and time taken to develop it varies.
Players use their tribe to capture dinosaur eggs, hatch them, and watch them grow as they control them for combat. Tribe members fight along side their dinosaurs as they compete for territory and resources, and protect the tribe’s valuable assets. They explore diverse geographic regions, adapt to environmental conditions, capture new species, and try to avoid erupting volcanos, meteor strikes and the advance of ice-age glaciers.

- The game begins with a small tribe that has simple skills and limited resources. Using a dynamic technology tree, players learn new skills and discover new technologies to help their tribe advance and survive. Explore diverse geographic regions, adapt to environmental conditions, capture new species, and try to avoid erupting volcanoes, meteor strikes and the advance of ice-age glaciers. Dinosaurs are captured and used as powerful weapons against enemy tribes.
