Outlive: Robotics versus Genetics is a real-time strategy game that combines innovative artificial intelligence with advanced robotic designs and superior genetic enhancements. Players have the opportunity to develop two distinct races, humans and robots, into supreme fighting forces. You’ll research technology, steal information, and destroy your enemies. Your rivals want you out of the picture, and you can’t let that happen!
You can play as either the humans or the robots through three epic campaigns with more than 70 maps to explore, including five secret maps. The 20-plus units include Apocalypse, Tempest, and Vampire, each with special abilities and characteristics such as incendiary missiles, teleportation, invulnerability, and more. Special dual-player options allow you to experience all the campaign maps with a friend.
The complete campaign editor allows players to link maps, create heroes, and dictate the story to control their very own epic campaigns. The next-generation artificial intelligence breeds units that call for help when attacked, avoid danger to safely arrive at their destinations, and annihilate enemies if they get too close. There is multiplayer support, including the Continuum free gaming service, for up to 16 players via a LAN or over the Internet
